About Clamro

Clamro audits every carrier invoice line against your contract, files the claims and posts the credits to your books. You pay a share of what comes back, nothing otherwise.

Who is behind it

Clamro is built by a Miami-based startup. We are a small team working directly with our first shippers, and a person reviews every account we onboard.

How it works

  1. 1Connect carriers, upload contractsLink your UPS, FedEx, DHL, regional parcel and LTL accounts, or upload billing files, and give us your negotiated agreements. About ten minutes, once.
  2. 2Your contract becomes a rate cardDiscounts, surcharges, accessorials and service guarantees are extracted into a structured rate card. A person on our team checks the first pass before anything is audited against it.
  3. 3Every invoice line is checkedEach charge is compared with your rate card and the shipment itself: late deliveries, dimensional weight, duplicates, misapplied surcharges, address and residential fees, LTL reclass and reweigh disputes.
  4. 4Claims are filedStraightforward claims go through the carriers' own channels. For complex disputes you get a prepared case to send with one click.
  5. 5Credits are tracked and postedWe watch later invoices for the credits, match them to the claims, and post them to QuickBooks, NetSuite or Xero. A monthly report shows spend by carrier, what was recovered and where your contract leaks.

Where it stands

Clamro is in early access. Pick the plan you would start on and we will reach out to connect your first carrier account.
